All the action from the opening leg of the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup, which is taking place in Stellenbosch on Saturday, can be watched live for those unable to attend.
The elite women and men race, which take place at 12.20pm and 2.50pm respectively, will be played live on Red Bull Media (https://www.redbull.tv/uci).

The races can also be watched on SuperSport 7.
The U23 women race will kick off the day’s proceedings at 8.30am, followed by the men’s race at 10.15am.
