South Africa’s Gustav Basson won the 37th edition of the Tour de Maurice when it concluded in Mauritius yesterday.
Basson, who won stage one and three, claimed an overall time of 13:12:55. Mauritius’ Christopher Lagane placed second overall, with South Africa’s Gregory de Vink in third.

The sixth and final stage was won by South Africa’s Clint Hendricks, while France’s Guillaume Gaboriaud claimed second and South Africa’s Jayde Julius third.
