James Tennent won day two of the Stanford MTB Classic in the Stanford Valley, Western Cape, today.
Tennent, who also won on day one yesterday, completed the 43km race in 1:46:56, beating Gys Malan by just over a minute. William Peterson rounded out the podium.

Lara Tennent won the women’s race in 2:04:42. Michelle Lombardi and Ingrid Talbot made up the rest of the podium.
Ruben Oosthuizen (1:19:51) and Olga Firsova (1:38:02) claimed victory in the 27km race.
