Eastern Cape mountain biker Jason Peach won the Henderson Valley MTB race in Cathcart at the weekend.
The 32-year-old completed the 65km route in a time of 2:41:44, with Cobus Gouws (2:50:05) second and Liam Graham (2:54:39) third.
Fourth place went to Chris Batting (3:00:50), while Greg Vincent (3:07:11) completed the top five.
Shale Biggs won the women’s title in 3:17:48, with Robyn Emslie (3:43:26) second and Shannon Kirkhoff (3:43:44) third.
EJ Mollentze and Sarah-Deene Wyllie won the respective 30km men’s and women’s events.
