Australian Caleb Ewan sprinted to victory on stage 11 of the Tour de France in Toulouse today.
The Lotto-Soudal rider, who won two stages at this year’s Giro d’Italia, won the 167km stage in 3:51:27. Dylan Groenewegen (Jumbo-Visma) and Elia Viviani (Deceuninck-Quick-Step) placed second and third respectively.
Julian Alaphilippe (Deceuninck-Quick-Step) remains in yellow, with Geraint Thomas (Ineos) second overall and teammate Egan Bernal third.
The points classification leader is Peter Sagan (Bora-Hansgrohe), who placed fourth on the stage. Viviani is second and Sonny Colbrelli (Bahrain-Merida) third.
Tim Wellens (Lotto Soudal) leads the king of the mountains category, with Thomas de Gendt (Lotto Soudal) second and Giulio Ciccone (Trek-Segafredo) third.
Bernal also has the white jersey on his shoulders, while Enric Mas (Deceuninck-Quick-Step) is second in the best young rider category and David Gaudu (Groupama-FDJ) third.
