Mathieu van der Poel won the elite men’s XCO race at the UCI MTB World Cup in Val di Sole, Italy, today.
Van der Poel, who won the world cup in Nové Město and was runner-up in Albstadt, completed the six laps in 1:20:47.
Mathias Flueckiger placed second, with Nino Schurter third.
Fourth place went to Henrique Avancini, while Luca Braidot completed the top five.
