Tim Bentley and Steffanie Grossmann won the respective men’s and women’s Dual Slalom events on day one of the Maluti Mountain Bike Festival in Lesotho yesterday.
Theo Erlangsen placed second in the men’s race, with Johann Potgieter third.
In the women’s event, Beanie Thies and Frankie du Toit came second and third respectively.
In the dual slalom, two riders race two nearly identical tracks next to each other down a slope. One run lasts about 30 seconds.
