The 42nd edition of the Cape Town Cycle Tour kicked off on the Grand Parade Precinct in Cape Town today.
The elite men’s race covered 109km, while the women were taken on a 78km journey from Fish Hoek to Sea Point.
South African Travis Barrett claimed his maiden title, while Cherise Willeit won her fifth title.
