Only 55 entries will be available to the public for the 2021 race when entries open on May 19.
This is due to 2020-registered riders receiving first option for the event, which starts on March 21.
Obtaining an entry will prove a challenge due to the prioritisation of these riders and a reduced field of 499 teams.
Available entries are expected to increase upon relaxation of Covid-19 restrictions.
According to the organisers, there will be no lottery entries for next year’s race and the limited entries will be available to the public on a first come, first served basis.
Riders unable to secure an entry will qualify for a 25 per cent discount if paid before June 15. Those who could not secure an entry will be placed on a waiting list.
