Andreas Kuhn won the 65km first stage of the Sabie Xperience mountain bike race in Mpumalanga today.
He crossed the line in 2:33:41, beating Alan Gordon (Insect Science) and CP van Wyk (Insect Science) into second and third respectively.
Sarah Hill (Galileo Risk) claimed a comfortable victory in the women’s category, placing 14 minutes ahead of defending champion Samantha Sanders (dormakaba).
Emily Clarke completed the day’s podium.
