The junior men and women will be in action at the 15th African Continental Road Championships today.
While the elite cyclists will enjoy a day off, the road races for the future stars of the sport will take place.
The junior women will take to the course for their 56km race at 09:00 SA time.
South Africa will be represented by Chanté Olivier, Amber Hindmarch, Ainsli de Beer and McKenzie Pedro.
