Cycling South Africa (CSA) today announced the national team to compete in the Sharjah Tour, which will be held in the United Arab Emirates from January 24 to 27.
The six riders are Bradley Potgieter, Eddie van Heerden, Jan Montshioa, Reynard Butler, Ryan Harris and Thokozani Mahlangu.

Potgieter won the Double Century in Team Active Bodies colours in November and took bronze at the Satellite Championship in October.
Harris also rode for Team Active Bodies in that Double Century victory and finished third in the Amashova Durban Classic.
After recovering from a heart condition, Van Heerden surprised with a podium finish at the 947 Cycle Challenge in November.
Butler first made headlines in 2016 when he impressed in the Tour Ethiopia and won stage four of the Tour of Good Hope. He also won the Khemani Road Classic in September last year.
Motshioa won bronze in the Khemani Road Classic, with Mahlangu in fifth place.
The four-stage Sharjah Tour is an UCI category 2.1 event and forms part of the UCI Asia Tour.
