The Boels Dolmans rider, who hails from the Netherlands, completed the 263km course in 3:24:17 to beat Sunweb’s Lucinda Brand and Mitchelton Scott’s Amanda Spratt.
South Africa’s Ashleigh Moolman-Pasio (Cervelo-Bigla Pro) put in a strong performance to finish 18th overall.
