Cycling South Africa today announced the six-man team to represent South Africa at the Tour de Taiwan from March 11 to 15.
The six riders are Eddie van Heerden, Thokozani Mahlangu, Jan Montshioa, Calvin Beneke, Jason Oosthuizen and Mornay van Heerden.

Eddie van Heerden recently ‘surprised himself’ in the Sharjah Tour where he finished eighth overall and won the King of the Mountains jersey for Team South Africa.
His namesake Mornay van Heerden is currently on duty for the South African under-23 team at the Tour de L’espoir and will compete in national colours again in Taiwan.
Monthsioa and Mahlangu, whose dream came true when he represented South Africa, both also took part in the Sharjah Tour recently.
Oosthuizen impressed on the international scene after successes in Belgium and Ireland last year.
Beneke came fifth in the overall Mpumalanga Tour two weeks ago and finished third in the Fast One cycle race last weekend.
Bonga Ngqobane, who is also the current coach of the SA U23 side in Cameroon, will coach the team.
