The South African contingent in Cairo, Egypt, for the 15th African Continental Road Championships continued their domination of proceedings on day two.
After winning four medals on the opening day – three golds and a bronze – Wednesday’s individual time-trial races saw the country rake in a further seven medals.
Thanks to Chante Olivier (junior women), Pedri Crause (junior men), Carla Oberholzer (elite women) and Ryan Gibbons (elite men), SA swept all four gold medals on offer.
